Cinnamon Maple Syrup Latte

Measure out 1/2 an ounce of maple syrup in a metal espresso cup
Add maple syrup to milk pitcher before steaming milk for a hot drink | add maple syrup to empty milk pitcher before adding espresso for an iced drink
Use the same espresso measuring cup used for maple syrup to pull the shot of espresso to avoid wasting the remaining syrup
Add espresso to hot cup | add espresso to milk pitcher for iced drink
Steam customer's milk of choice with maple syrup and add to hot cup | add customers milk of choice to the top of the "u" in the milk pitcher, stir, & pour over a full 16oz cup of ice 
Finish drink with a sprinkle of cinnamon
