How do I sign up for Loyalty Rewards?
You can join in-store or online at your favorite Alohana location. It's quick, easy, and you'll start earning toward your next reward right away.
How can I check how close I am to my next reward?
You can track your progress anytime through your account online or by asking a team member when you visit. We're always happy to help you see how close you are to your next free bowl.
What is the difference between San Diego Rewards and Orange County Rewards?
San Diego Rewards can only be earned and redeemed at San Diego locations. Orange County Rewards can only be earned and redeemed at Orange County locations. Rewards and offers may vary by location.
Can I redeem rewards at a different location than where I earned them?
Rewards must be redeemed within the same location program where they were earned. Points and rewards do not transfer between San Diego and Orange County.
How do I earn points at checkout?
We use Square Loyalty. Enter your phone number at checkout to earn points. Use the same phone number each time to keep your points in one account.
Do points expire?
Points expiration depends on your location's program. Sign in or ask in store for current details.
